With over 22 years of experience — the majority dedicated to the swimming pool industry — Rocky Wisley has built a reputation for excellence, innovation, and uncompromising quality. A Certified Master Pool Builder, ACI Shotcrete Nozzleman, ACI Shotcrete Inspector, and ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician, Rocky combines technical mastery with a refined design vision to create some of the most exceptional pools in the Mid-South.
A respected industry leader, Rocky has served as Past Chair of Construction Education for the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) and as the Head Shotcrete Educator for Genesis Education, traveling nationwide to train builders in quality shotcrete application and advanced swimming pool construction techniques. In 2023, he was honored as one of the “30 Under 40” recipients for the swimming pool industry, recognizing his outstanding leadership and contributions to the trade.
As President & CEO, Rocky leads with a commitment to craftsmanship, client relationships, and elevating the pool industry as a whole. His passion is simple but powerful — to build the finest pools in the Mid-South and set a standard of excellence that inspires both clients and fellow professionals.
